II. In addition to the contact shown above, the Company has taken the following measures to handle complaints and resolve disputes as specified in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act for each type of business as which we are registered.

We are a member of the Type II Financial Instruments Firms Association, which outsources operations related to handling complaints and resolving disputes about financial instruments transactions to the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC). As such, we handle complaints and resolve disputes about financial instruments transactions through the complaint resolution and mediation activities conducted by FINMAC according to the provisions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.
