Logifront Koshigaya I

Nishikata, Koshigaya City, Saitama Prefecture

This is the first of the Logifront Series. With excellent traffic accessibility located within 25 km of the city center, and 6 km of the Soka Interchange on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway, we offer a functional logistics facility that addresses tenant needs. Its features include rampways that allow for self-conveyance, boosting transport efficiency, and LED lighting throughout the facility. Trees are planted around the outside of the facility, creating harmony with the environment.

LOGIFRONT Koshigaya II

Nishikata, Koshigaya Due for completion in February 2020

Development of LOGIFRONT Koshigaya II, the second in the LOGIFRONT series, is underway in the city of Koshigaya. Located just six kilometers from the Soka Interchange on the Tokyo Gaikan Expressway, the planned facilities are highly versatile, featuring four vertical cranes and two freight elevators.

LOGIFRONT Amagasaki I

Fusocho, Amagasaki Due for completion in January 2020

LOGIFRONT Amagasaki I is located just eight kilometers from the Osaka's CBD, about three kilometers from the Amagasaki-Nishi Interchange on the Hanshin Expressway, and about two kilometers from the Amagasaki Interchange on the Meishin Expressway, making it the ideal location for a logistics hub for wide-area delivery covering the whole of the Kansai region. Truck berths are located on both sides of the 1st floor, and the addition of a second floor will result in optimization of transport efficiency and high storage efficiency. The facility has been planned as a state-of-the-art distribution warehouse that will meet the needs of its tenants. For example, in order to respond to earthquake and BCP, earthquake resistant construction featuring unbonded braces are adopted and emergency power generators are installed.
